Re: Repairs at Harbor of Refuge Light Keeping decks on both the lower and upper decks at Harbor of Refuge Light has been our biggest challenge and expense. We hope we can come up with a viable solution to our ongoing deck problems in the near future so we can continue our tours next year. RED
