Hi all,

just booked for our next trip Lighthouse Chasing........ the Algarve Portugal.

only 4 weeks to wait..... :D

hired a car for 3 days so will try and cram in as much as we can.

taking the Ham Radio kit, so should be active on 14MHz briefly.
but as always, the Camera comes first, radio second.

have managed to upload a few more pics from South Stack expedition. managed to get copy of the infamous yellow canoe being carried up the steps. that will go on site in next day or so.

updates when i get it..............

Hi All,

i missed out on Hurst Castle... or should i say the 3 Lighthouses that are there. i shall put on "To Do "list for future visit.

trying to compile a list of Portugese lights to visit and photograph. need a good map.. out shopping tomorow to find one...

if "Boats" reads this part? can u clarify your last msg please.

If u mean Kevin from down under ? only corresponded via email. never spoken on radio as yet. my portable kit does get me around europe Stateside and west coat canada...
many enthusiasts are spoken too. costing me a small fortune in the coloured photocards sent for each contact 8O
but i get good feedback and a kick from giving the first contacts from the various LH's me and my young Lady visit.

well, at present 55 done from list of 10,000 around the world. getting there slowly :D
