Anyone know where this picture was taken? Someone I know has this picture and needs to know. Thanks for your help.

You are right, that is Cape Henlopen Light right before it was lost to erosion, to the left is Delaware Breakwater East End Light and at the top of the picture is National Harbor of Refuge Breakwater wall. This picture was taken from the air and really shows what the whole area looked like in the mid 1920's. It is definately a classic shot! RED
