HIME SAKI lighthouse,
http://lighthouse-japan.com/niigata/himesaki/himesaki.html

similar but some different,
HIME SAKI lighthouse, it's name on the list of "the IALA list of 100 lighthouses",
we do not know it's history,
who is the lighthouse designer ?
M7096,
first time lit on 1895,

may be this one still as a Skeletal type lighthouse,

Hime Saki, aka Himezaki Lighthouse is iron skeletal with legs likely extending to the ground and enclosed to create the room at ground level.
