Okay, I'm stretching it here, but you do need to fill those Easter Baskets with candy, right? So how about some gummy lighthouses?

Sue, a great find ... and, along with gummies and jelly beans, what candy is more traditional at Easter than chocolate?

Anyone can find a picture of a chocolate lighthouse ... how about a picture of THE Chocolate Lighthouse ... I posted a personal photo awhile back, and although that photo isnt in the original post anymore, here's one from Fiddler's Green from 1967 ... East Chop light is currently white once more

Great one, Barry!

I gotta say, I'm enjoying these little challenges. They're a lot of fun, and thank you for coming up with the idea. :yay:

I hope others enjoy what we are passing off as holiday lighthouses as much as I do. 8)

And since Barry posted the REAL chocolate lighthouse, I of course had to find these fake ones to put in your Easter Basket:

They can be bought from here:

By the way, the Gummy Lighthouses are hard to find, but the best I could come up with is that they are only available through the Christmas Tree Shops.

Funny because I've seen that photo on other places on the web for its notable "design flaws" in resemblance to certain parts of the human anatomy.

Yeah, that's what popped up when I was searching for easter and lighthouse. I mean hundreds of websites all saying the same thing.

To paraphrase the saying attributed to Groucho Marx, or was it Freud ( :) ) Sometimes a lighthouse is just a lighthouse.

Sue ... going off on a tangent ... the citing ("sometimes a cigar is just a cigar") is mis-attributed to Freud ... the Groucho "cigar" quote, supposedly said but never documented, was addressed to the gentlemen who, on "You Bet Your Life," replied that he was the father of seventeen ...

One can look up what Groucho was attrbuted to have said ...
