This was an issue last year (August) with Cape Arago. A bill was introduced then for a transfer of Cape Arago and Umpqua Lights. One to the tribes and one to Douglas County. Anyone know what happened between then and now to cause them to resubmit this bill? And to leave out Umpqua? The lease is still held by the county for Umpqua, but no transfer took place.
