You don't do sunrises "much" Hersh... from what I've seen, other than getting up to board the Keweenaw Star I don't remember you EVER being up for a sunrise =)) (That would be ROTFLMAO :!: )

Hey Freighterboy, no sympathy from this quarter... I'm out the door every morning between 0600 and 0630. Unfortunately, it has been that +12 or more a lot of days lately until I get back home. Last Friday night after a business dinner it was 11 PM until I got home, which when you get to work at 0630, which I did that morning makes for one heck of a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng day :!: Oh well... such is life. Hopefully, it will ease up some after I get all of the equipment installed and the rest of the staff for the group hired.

You want to talk about a long day? Sunday morning I got up at 0800 for church, got home and had a liesurely day around the house (no need for a nap I thought...) At 2000 (the other 8:00 for those not used to 24 hour time) I got the dreaded page. So I went and worked a lovely homicide until 0900 Monday morning, ran home for a quick meal and about 4 hours of sleep then up again and back to work by 1330 for the nearly 5 hour autopsy starting at 1400. Needless to say after I got home from that I was pretty beat.

And I might mention that it was an outdoor scene and as we started working it I noticed that I was missing what looked like a beautiful sunset..... :(

(I just noticed that my next post will be my 3,000th!! How time does fly)

Topic schmopic.... We're socializing here! :D

But if you insist, here's another example of the blue hour at Bodie Island. This was towards the end of the blue hour, but there was still some color left in the sky.
