I've spent the last month or so getting my website changed over to a new style, it's powered by Smugmug and handles all of my site maintenance. The design and flow is much better and there'll be more features to add on soon. Check it out:

leave a guestbook entry, let me know you were there!

EDIT: Someday i'll learn to spell my own website! :)

I enjoyed visiting your new site, Ross! Very professional! I'll be going back again, because I only visited a small portion of it.
(BTW, Matt Kenseth is one of my favorites, as well....I wish him the best during the '08 season)

I like the simple look of the site and the automated photo galleries, but the huge copyright notices in the middle of the photos detract from their quality.

I have tried to figure out a happy medium for my photos between blocking them completely with notices and leaving them completely open. I decided to just keep the jpeg compression higher so any attempt to blow up the 72dpi file would result in a worthless print.

that's a built in feature, I can actually adjust that, I just haven't done it yet. I was procrastinating running it on 300 or so photos :)

Is it automated or do you have to modify each one separately?

Just select the gallery and then apply the watermark. It's on the pull down in the control panel when you are on SM.
