Exhibit disasters... and before Hersh got there on Tuesday..

A forum to post any lighthouse pictures you'd like others to see. Feel free to talk about lighthouse photography. Lighthouse-related photos (such as LSS and lenses) are also welcome.

Denise, there are a couple of photos of totally trashed 20x30 inch framed print. It was packed by UPS, insured, and shipped to St Joe for the exhibit. When the prints arrived, the exhibit curator unpacked them. The photos pretty clearly show the way that the framed print was destroyed in transit to the exhibit. Trying to get a 20x30 print redone, reframed, and ready to hang in an exhibit with less than 48 hrs to go before the exhibit opened to the public is what I would consider an "exhibit disaster." Hope that helps to clarify what I was saying.

Gary, I think that was a spammer, maybe even a bot... Not worth replying.

I tend to agree with Mike on this, Gary -- mainly because I can't see how anyone could fail to see what you were saying from looking at the obvious pictures, not even including what you were saying!
