What light is it - Round 10

This was shot at first light. It's a little grainy because it was shot handheld in a boat at an ISO setting of 2000th to give me a 1/400th of a sec exposure.

Yes it is, Al. That was shot from a boat last Sunday. To put the image in perspective, from further into Lorain Harbor looking out past the Lorain Harbor lighthouse, you see the break water light. This would have been the clue had you needed it.
