Beth Deese (COTA) and I are planning on attending this. Posting in case anyone else will be at OBX that weekend. Great time to see the Beach Apparatus Drill Reenactments...and get an autographed copy of Kevin Duffus' newest book.

Wear your red, white, and blue and show America's colors!! Special events are still being arranged - stay tuned for more details! Admission is per person.

There's a photo of the Oregon Inlet Coast Guard preparing to reenact the "breeches buoy" rescue at Chicmacomico on the Fifth District Information Page. Find it HERE

As mentioned before, they also do the reenactment every Thursday at 2pm during the summer months. Anyway, I expect Beth and I will bring back many more photos. I've wanted to see this for a long time. :)
