Written in 1997 by Martha Robertson this book tells the lighthouse keepers story from the point of view of the family and in particular a daughter Martha Petrie. She really tells her story well. You get an insite into the various lights her father worked on and how the family lived when they were able to join him in the keepers cottages. It is amusing and puts a whole new perspective on the life of a keeper and his family.
