Thanks for posting this link as it would really be easy for the sailors to drive the cruise in night. Mostly the necessity of lighthouse is in dark only. During day the sailor can easily drive cruise but during the night it is difficult for him to drive. Previous lighthouses were small but the modern lighthouses are huge and even give more light than the previous one. This information will be helpful for not even sailors but the captain to load the luggage on the dock during night.
