Carole Reily

Carole Reily, founder of the Delaware Bay Lighthouse Keepers & Friends Association, passed away last Friday. Services are today, July 12, 6-8 p.m. at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 Collins Avenue, Collingswood, NJ. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the the Delaware Bay Lighthouse Keepers & Friends Association, c/o M. Mulligan, Treasurer, 1049 Simca Terrace, Vineland, NJ 08360.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I always loved to talk with her at NJLHS meetings and the other places i'd run into her.

She was a pressence that will be missed not on ly in the lighthouse circle.

I wish I had known about this before now so I could have gone to the service. I may still try to do so.

I did not know Carole Reily, however, it is always sad when a lighthouse leader dies. My hope is that new leaders will arise to replace the fallen ones.
President of Florida Keys Reef Lights Foundation, Godfather of Jones Point River Lighthouse, member and EVP of Florida Lighthouse Association and member of other lighthouse groups.
