You know in reading this about the water line going to the lighthouse, In many places they use a flexline that lays on the bottom, 4 inch lines. and they last up to about 20 years. There made for all kinds of use, cost saving, easy to repair if needed. And if they needed some fast money, have a cook out, wash a few cars now and then, Hats or a good seller. Think the city is not on all boilors in keeping the lite on, you know there on a slow bell in other words. Just my though. "Boats"..

The facts municipality where this lighthouse has more pressing needs than taking on the project of restoring it.

However the lighthouse could pay for it self - maybe?

A large sum of money needs to be raised by the organizations involved in saving the lighthouse. Then you go to the municipality and ask for a large sum of money than the one being offered at present.
