Barge Collides with Execution Rocks

I would think an attempt will be made to identify this unknown object or perhaps, and quite likely, the barge was where it should not have been.

There is another reason for the name Execution Rocks.
Per Bill Stanton, City Island Civic Association president. "They're called Execution Rocks because they took down so many boats."
(and continue to do so)
