you forgot "lots of gas money"

Great shots Ross. Looks like you had nice weather. You guys must have been exhausted when you were done. That's quite a "hither and yon" and "far and wide" trip.

You covered a lot of lighthousing in a few days which took a great deal of pre-trip planning, and from what I see, you certainly did make the most of it.

Beautiful photos. Please keep them coming! :D

Good to see you guys enjoying yourselves with all the drama going on over there. Great photos Ross. I am starting to recognise your lighthouses these days thanks to all the photos.

At Navesink, which tower is it that you can climb? Doesn't one still have a working optic?

You guys must have been the only ones at Turkey Point? Isn't that a quiet and relaxing place to sit and take in the view?

I still like that one of Cape May and the flag!

In that second one of Barnaget, I like the way you included that bit of split-rail fence.

The New Cape Henry light rising over the dune? Did they give you much grief about taking photographs from the beach area?

Those two of Old Point Comfort look very familiar. I am glad the trees were still blooming and the weather was nice. Did you shoot any of Thimble Shoals?

You know, Stephen, it was kinda strange at Fort Story Saturday compared to what we're used to. We had visited Fort Monroe first, and still had the pass from there on the windshield when we arrived at the Ft. Story gate.

I was on my cell phone, and I remember the guard asking for ID, and I handed Ross my driver's license from the back seat. The next thing I knew, we were through the gate. No getting out and having the car inspected. We roamed where we wanted with free access to the beach.
