What is highlighted in yellow shows the copper overlay that what was found on the doorways inside. The lady who was telling us about the LH said this copper overlay was discovered during restoration and as of the day we were there, they have not been able to go back in time and find out the who, what, when, where and why the copper is there. I need to purchase a digital camcorder account I think I could better capture the essence of the rooms inside as opposed to trying the get the size and feel of a room with a still camera.

The matching birdhouse was pretty cool :-)

Gerald,

I think you did a great job of taking photos inside of the lighthouse. I thought your birdhouse shot was fun to look at.

I wonder if anyone on the board can answer the copper door facing questions.
