I was at Pt. Betsie maybe five years ago now, before all the work occurred. I am itching to go back, and hopefully it will happen this summer.

I always have to stop for Point Betsie. It is such a beautiful spot, the dogs can go swimming there, even in winter they still jump in at the beach area. They have done such a great job fixing her up, I have watched it happen, eeing something differant, checking against pics from the last trip and just knowing thew were still working on her.

I’ve stopped by there many times in the past decade, and even got to tour the Keeper’s house (but not the light) in 2008.…The upstairs interior still needed some attention then.

Overall, though, one of our favorite stops in the area.....
