Short video about the return of the restored lantern room on the lighthouse of Willemstad in the Netherlands. It's a lighthouse inland, that used to guide the ships through the fairway to the harbor, but after the digging of a canal from the North Sea to Rotterdam it lost its function. Years ago a local man asked the municipality permission to open it in some weekends and this finally resulted in the restoration. (here's the deheading of the lighthouse: http://www.lighthousing.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=10073
