A bit distant from Cape Elizabeth in Maine. This one is in Russia at the north end of Sakhalin Island.
It is Mys Yelizavety ( aka Cape Elizabeth)

Thanks Dave,

That's a really interesting album to look through. Most of the lights are in dire need of attention and this one

seems to have a lot of radio gear nearby. Those two tall towers probably support a low band wire antenna possibly for comms with submarines. Interesting stuff.

This lighthouse is located at the southern end Sakhalin Island.
Wire between towers is faintly visible here. Other lighthouses on this island had similar. Image

A lot of country airports in Australia have antennas similar to those in the pics. They are at airport which are used commercially but don't have a control tower and usually only one runway. They transmit an 3 letter ID code in morse so the pilot can look up his book and find out what the situation is at that airport. The beacon usually transmits the first 3 letters of the nearby township.

The aerials in the photos look a lot larger than our sirport ones so they may have other uses as well but they are definitely in the Low Frequency bands ie under 1 megaherz.
As is usualy the case those aerials are folded dipoles with a center feed point. The actual length of the aerial would be twice the distance between the towers.

It's an interesting island:-
