Any recommendations of a visit to Lighthouses Outer Hebrides

A forum to discuss lighthouses in Canada, Australia, Europe and Asia.

On Friday October 9th we set off for our holiday on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. I am so looking forward to it and seeing all the, new to me, ligthouses around the islands. If anyone has been out there and visited any of the lights I would love to hear of recommendations please. I know the names but I wonder if there are some lights we are allowed to visit.

We visited Orkney and the lighthouses I added to my collection from there was amazing. I would like to see as many as I can while we are on Lewis and Harris.

Just took a look to see where these were ... Phew! Seems to me you would
really have to want to go there ... Thought, for a moment, there was an
Isle of Barry, but no, it was Barra

Seems you are a tad late for their first ever "Whiskey Galore" Festival ...

Lin, waiting for your return so I can see lots and lots of pictures

Doubt those who find it ...
