Lighthouse Paintings on Maps

A forum to discuss lighthouse collectibles such as replicas, postcards, historical photos, etc. Due to their popularity, Harbor Lights replicas have a separate forum that can be found below.

I am interested in sharing my wife's hard work with users of this forum. She has for years been painting lighthouses on the USGS topographic maps that they fall on and has just launched a website to show them off. I think that they are quite collectible as sets and thought they would fit well in this "general lighthouse collectibles" thread. Please have a look!:

She is not one to toot her own horn, but I think that they are great!

Ben ... Good luck with the venture ... Hope it
is successful.

Took a peek at the NC lights ... I liked what I saw.
The paintings and maps look real good ... (while the
page is correct, the icon to get to Ocracoke is not)

I think they may do well

Thanks for the feedback Grover and I really appreciate you having a look at the site. It has just been set up and I'm glad that you caught the bug with Okracoke. I will pass the info along to Wendy for fixing.

They look good. Unfortunately using Topo maps eliminates a number of lighthouses as a possibility for additional creations.
