Pink Lighthouses for Breast Care
20/08/2011 , 10:40 AM by Suzanne McGill

To mark International Lighthouse Day, two of our region's historic lighthouses will turn pink as part of a new event called Illuminate. The Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste lighthouses will change colour in a spectacular light display tonight, to help raise funds for breast care nurses through the McGrath Foundation. You can help celebrate this special day at either lighthouse this afternoon (Saturday 20th) from 2pm, with both lighting up simultaneously this evening at around 6.30pm. Don't forget to rug up and take a torch with you!
"There are two pips in a beaut, four beauts in a lulu,
Eight lulus in a doozy, and sixteen doozies in a humdinger.

No one knows how many humdingers
there are in a lollapalooza."
