I'd guess looking down into the lantern room of the Thomas Point Light (the name is a big hint ;))

So you noticed the photo info. I thought this to be a very unique view of the inside of a lantern and a lens and not easy to photograpically accomplish --- unless perhaps from roof through the ventilator opening 8O

I do not know what the guy in the photo has in his hand but in an associated photo he was cleaning the glass inside the lens.

I saved the photo and viewed it in an image program after rotating it 180 deg and zooming it. I believe he is holding a household fan in his hand, in the first photo, with the intention of drying the lens he has just cleaned with Windex or some other solution.
It's a very interesting photo probably taken by a cat burglar or a human fly. :lol:
