Can anyone identify this lighthouse?

I picked up this framed photograph in a thrift shop yesterday, but I can't identify the lighthouse. Since it was behind glass, it was hard taking a picture of it, but the photograph isn't much clearer.
I'm thinking it might be in Spain.

Interesting photo with interesting reflection. It does appear from what I can tell the subject light tower was not in use when photographed. It looks like the top of a second lighthouse at the center left side of this image. Can you make another attempt at a photo? Fire up your Cannon Power Shot ELPH again and see if you might obtain a clear image without the reflection.

So how did I know? I am a lighthouse detective with middle name Sherlock.

Your camera is a 110HS unlike the other Cannon you have used the Cannon PowerShot A 1100 IS such as at Boca Grand close to noon in early April 2010, at Portland Breakwater July 2011 and Halloween 2012.:)

Yeah it's a different camera, but that still doesn't tell me how you know... does it say in properties?

Did you actually obtain this from the thrift shop, Tiny ?

If so, can you remove the photo from the frame to photograph it ?

I can't take it out because the back is covered with paper.
