No one knows how many humdingers there are in a lollapalooza.

That is just so wild....I've been out on that pier so many times. Never seen it iced up that way.

This photo reminds me of a question I have been intending to ask.

When shipping on lakes and/or in waterways was prevented and thus curtailed during long periods of ice what became of the keepers of the lights and other light service employees during these periods?
